OUR STORY
Smoky Veils began the way most good ideas do — with a conversation between a brother and sister who grew up surrounded by the rolling hills and open skies of the Waikato countryside. A shared passion for New Zealand honey, and a deep respect for the bees behind it, led to a simple but audacious question: what would happen if you rested raw New Zealand honey inside a Pōkeno whisky barrel?
Months later, we had our answer. What started as curiosity became something we couldn't keep to ourselves.
